WHAT IS A SOMETHING THAT YOU WOULD REALLY LIKE TO TRY, THAT YOU HAVE NEVER TRIED BEFORE? (A new hobby, a new food, etc.)

Ok so this is something that I stole from Amy and Heather but I really liked the idea. so here it goes

Something I would like to try is Sushi. I have never tried real Sushi (I have had a California roll but that is cooked )but so many people seem to like it so maybe it's really good. I have this thing with raw stuff so it really scares me. Maybe someday I will get the courage to try it. Any suggestions on where or what to get??
