There is so much going on in this world right now. It is getting to be a very scary place to be. I don't ever watch the news anymore because I get so depressed about the things that some people do. There are some really DUMB people out there. Some of the highlights from the news from today are....
- The 2008 Olympics start this Friday in China.
- Brett Favre is reinstated from retirement (YEAH!!!)
- Obama vs. McCain for the presidency (AAARRRGGGHHH)
- Gas is $4.10 a gallon right now (and thats not the all time high)
- Still fighting the war against terrorism
- "The Dark Knight" smashed Hollywood records as it cleared the $400 million box office mark in 18 days
Some of the dumb people in the world...
- Man calls 911 to say that a slot machine stole his money
- Woman clones her dead dog and gets 5 puppies
- Farmer sends message to neighbors with car fence (wow this happened in Utah and made National news (Really????)
- Policewomen in Berlin get "bullet-proof bras"
There is plenty more but it's not even worth my time. So the question is.... What is happening in the world that really bothers you??

Funny thing about that lady who cloned the dog.... after the picture was posted.... she was identified as the woman who (with the help of a male friend) kidnapped a Mormon Missionary in England who she met at BYU and handcuffed him to a bed and forced him to be her sex slave. Read this......SALT LAKE CITY - A woman who made news around the world when she had five pups cloned from her beloved pit bull Booger looked very familiar to some who saw her picture: She’s the same woman who 31 years earlier was accused of abducting a Mormon missionary in 1977 in England, handcuffing him to a bed and making him her sex slave. Then in 1984 she was arrested for stalking the same guy at hsi workplace in Utah and they found handcuffs & robe in her car. She skipped bail and has been on the run since then. Moral: Don't go looking for fame if you are wanted by the law........
